The new Master PIR switch has been launched providing an affordable, independent switching device suitable for use with the Labcraft lighting range.

 

The electronics used in this unit have been designed to switch up to 3 Amps of lighting, which means one switch can be used for several lights. The sensor is activated by body heat so it should not be triggered by the movement of boxes etc.

Once the sensor has been triggered, the timer unit will switch on the connected lights for 5 minutes before automatically switching off. If movement is detected the lights will remain on.

The unit uses a minimal amount of power preventing any unnecessary load on the battery and the ultra slim surface mount unit will keep obstruction to a minimum.

This unit is also available in a weatherproof option, making it ideal for temperature controlled environments.
