Labcraft has launched the new Megalux Enviro LED light with built in PIR sensor, providing a bright, energy efficient lighting solutions suitable for a wide range of vehicles. The Megalux Enviro PIR provides 350 lumens of clean white light which is distributed effectively creating a safer working environment.

With battery life being at the forefront of importance in working vehicles, Labcraft have designed the PIR motion sensor to enable the light to automatically switch off when no movement is detected. The Megalux Enviro uses 80% less power than standard halogen lights, therefore will increase the life of the battery allowing the lights in the vehicle to remain working for longer without causing the battery to go flat.

 

The slim low profile design is just 14mm in depth, allowing for maximum head room within vehicles, and the unit is completely sealed and protected to a rating of IP66, making it suitable for use in tough refrigerated conditions and protected against pressure washing.

The Megalux Enviro PIR, alongside the majority of Labcraft’s LED lighting, has been tested to the new vehicle regulations and has been certified with the e-type approval.
